My philosophy...

Why do we run?

About Me

- So, this is the blog of Fell, Cross Country and occassional Road Runner, Will Marshall. Here you will find details of every training session and race I do. Running is a big part of my life and I love looking into the science of it as well as getting out there and running. Although only young, I have my sights on some of the great fell races, like Ben Nevis and the Lakeland Classics. Each day I find more out about my body and every run I am learning. For me, running is a steep learning curve, and it is one big battle to find the training and exact preparation that suits your body. Everyday I am finding my way to this optimum in a bid for future success. What do I want to achieve? Obviously I want to enjoy running at this stage, but in the future I want to emulate the performances of my favourite fell runner, Kenny Stuart. I'm sure all the hard work I write about in this blog will pay off someday. Happy reading.
