The short term goals at the moment are:
- Progressivley improve in training to show I am getting stronger for the upcoming racing season. Regularly check results to monitor progress.
- Make the top 3 at Coniston and be within 15 seconds of the winner. at the turning point
- Focus on core work as this is very important in Fell Running.
- Get a good time for a 10k - comfortably sub 40 minutes.
- Make the top 3 at least, overall in BOFRA.
- Make the top 5 at English Schools Fell Champs in September.
- Maintain the 35 miles per week where possible and even try and build up to 40.
